Bozeman’s Newest BBQ Restaurant Open For Business

Well, I know where I will be going this weekend to have a nice hearty meal and fall into a food coma.

Bourbon, Cocktails & BBQ has officially opened in Bozeman. Bourbon is located on Aspen Street and is setting itself up to be a fantastic restaurant away from busy Downtown Bozeman. The menu alone looks incredible.

Bourbon offers everything from brisket to ribs to Nashville Hot Chicken and I literally want to try every single thing on the menu. The best part, the prices of each item is actually not overpriced.

From the looks of their website, which is incredibly detailed and great to explore, they will be open daily from 11 AM until close and will offer live music and entertainment too. Plus, they might even have a brunch menu too they haven't debuted yet.

Bourbon is essentially in the old Mixer's Saloon location but they built a gorgeous building and Bourbon is looking to be a new destination spot to grab drinks and food away from Downtown Bozeman and this is smart.

7th Avenue in Bozeman has been busy with new projects and businesses including The Elm from Logjam Presents and Bourbon might be a place to grab drinks or dinner before or after a concert.

So the real question is, who is ready to have some BBQ, cocktails, and check out this new restaurant in Bozeman? I am all in.
