Bobcats Beat Griz Again: Win Brawl of the Wild Series

For the fourth year in a row, Montana State has earned the Brawl of the Wild trophy over the University of Montana. In the annual competition between the two school's athletic departments, the Bobcats won nine athletic competitions over the Griz, while Montana managed four victories over MSU.

The Bobcats now  have a 4-3 overall lead in the Brawl of the Wild series. This year's athletic contests between the two schools broke down this way:

• A split in volleyball
• MSU cross country won over the Griz
• Football defeated the Griz 48-14
• Basketball split
• Men & women tennis sweep Griz
• Track & Field split
