So, Ariana Grande and Big Sean reunited in Los Angeles last night.

The former couple, who dated from August 2014 to April 2015, were spotted getting cozy in the rapper's car late Wednesday night (Feb. 27) outside a recording studio. It's unclear why they were together, but TMZ reports the Big Sean showed up at the music studio where Grande was recording.

In the photos, the 25-year-old pop star can be seen sitting in the front seat of his car with her pup—the late Mac Miller's dog—in her arms. The two even reportedly left together.

Break up rumors involving Big Sean and his girlfriend Jhene Aiko have been swirling for months now, but this Grande reunion might have confirmed it. As we mentioned, Grande and Big Sean dated for a year and a half before calling it quits due to conflicting tour schedules in 2015. Following news of their break up, the pair's PR team released a joint statement, revealing they "care deeply for each other and remain close friends.”

Three years later, Grande dropped the song "thank u, next," which featured the lyrics, "Thought I'd end up with Sean but he wasn't a match." Then, in the single's music video, she pretty much admitted she hasn't closed the book on their relationship, writing Big Sean's "so cute, so sweet" and "(could still get it)" in her Mean Girls-inspired burn book.
