It appears as if Shia LaBeouf is in the midst of a meltdown.

The once promising actor has had his fair share of troubles as of late. In the latest chapter of LaBeouf's bizarre behavior -- which includes plagiarism (for which he apologized via skywriting), an announcement claiming he is retiring from public life, and an altercation in which he headbutted a guy at the bar -- the actor showed up to the German premiere of his latest film, 'Nymphomaniac,' with a paper bag on his head that read, "I am not famous anymore."

It has been a strange day for the actor, who confused journalists earlier today (Feb. 9) during a press conference for 'Nymphomaniac,' where he (once again!) plagiarized an answer to a question. When a reporter asked LaBeouf what it was like filming a movie with so many sex scenes, LaBeouf quoted a French soccer player word for word when he responded, "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. Thank you very much." He then immediately exited the conference, showing up at the premiere a few hours later with the bag on his head.

LaBeouf has been tweeting out the bag's message -- "I am not famous anymore" -- almost every day (including today) since January 13. Very strange, indeed.
