Hot Dog Stuffed Crust Pizza?!

So apparently this has been available at Pizza Huts in the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia and now it is coming to America. Starting June 18, this offer will be available at most likely all locations of Pizza Hut. But I have to wonder, who is the person that thought of this? Who was like, "Listen we have cheese-stuffed crust, but you know what would be better? If we put a hot dog in there."

Plus, why was this in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada before the United States. We are the perfect country to try weird food combos. I mean KFC and Carls Jr/Hardees always has weird burgers.
