Ciara's new album 'Basic Instinct' has two of my favorite tracks that we have played including 'Ride' featuring Ludacris and 'Gimme Dat' but it was not until  I was listening to the album that I found the new track I have on repeat in my c.d. player.  'Heavy Rotation' is the fourth track of her album that I just can't get enough of.  Check it out here
