Waka Flocka Flame is running for president of the United States — and he's got the campaign video to prove it!

The rapper first made the promise via Twitter on Nov. 6, 2012 (the same day Barack Obama was re-elected) saying, "I'm dead ass running for president in 2016."

He's not wasting any time winning over voters, either. Rolling Stone captured the exciting news on video, which you can watch above.

"I'm very pleased to announce today on 4/20 — the best day of the year — I will be running for president," Waka says straight faced, before adding, "The first thing I'm going to do when I get in office is legalize marijuana."

Skeptical? Waka is more than willing to back his stance.

"A blunt a day, take the pain away," he explains. "You wake up, hit a blunt, go to work. S--- gonna be okay. You look around, things ain't looking good, you roll a blunt. S--- gonna be okay. School work getting too hard -- don't touch the blunt. Think about it. Wait till you're old enough."

Other issues on Waka's ballot include dogs coming in restaurants and banning people with feet larger than a size 13 to walk in public. (Seems legit.) Education is also a crucial point for the rapper, who wants kids to learn more "reality skills," as well as all of his lyrics. Perhaps, most importantly, Waka says he'll refuse to wear a suit in formal meetings. Oh, yeah, and DJ Whoo Kid is his running mate.

If you take one thing away from the video, note this: "I am Congress. I'm president."

You can watch the amazingly hilarious video above. (Head's up: There's some NSFW language!)
