Very Unexpected! Why Bozeman Could Develop New Businesses Here
Could we see the future of some Bozeman businesses move out to this area of the city? It's a possibility.
Over the past few years, we have seen a large number of businesses start building new stores out on Huffine Lane towards Four Corners, but what if I told you there is a place in Bozeman that could be an even better location for businesses? I'm talking about the area of East Bozeman near the Main Street off-ramp.
We have talked recently about how The Western Heritage Inn might be going through some changes soon, a new Residence Inn has been built near there, and Town & Country Foods has taken over Heeb's Grocery in that area alone. The area of East Bozeman has seen some massive changes lately.
Here's the thing, there is still room to grow or build more businesses. In front of Town & Country Foods is space to put maybe a restaurant, and down on Frontage Road, there is an area for even more businesses.
If you can't remember, Panera Bread has been building new locations in Montana, and Bozeman is scheduled to get one of these spots. Panera Bread right in front of Town & Country Foods would be a solid location for them. Not only would they get the traffic from the freeway, but the hospital and all the residents nearby would go there too. Panera Bread could get a lot of business.
East Bozeman is often overlooked because it's more of a quiet part of the city, but it could be a missed opportunity.
