The mountains of western Montana might score 8 to 10 inches of fresh snow by Sunday afternoon. Warnings and advisories have been issued for just about every western county, but some higher elevations might receive nearly a foot of snow.

Brutally cold temperatures and snow are expected across Montana next week.

The mountains could see up to 18" but the valleys are supposed to get quite a bit of snow too out of the storm this weekend. It's a Winter Weather Watch with some legs.
