Two of Montana's cities made the list of the top windiest places in America. See which cities put Montana on the map for its relentless gusts.

The falling snow isn't supposed to last that long and the concern is mainly for higher elevations. But Tuesday night could get very messy with up to 5" of fresh snow and 45 MPH winds showing up for about 12 hours.

The I-90 corridor east of Bozeman, including the Bozeman Pass, Livingston, Big Timber, and the Beartooth Foothills will see wind gusts up to 60 MPH through at least Friday morning.

Yellowstone National Park will continue to get hammered with snow and gusty winds until Saturday morning with a Winter Weather Advisory. Up to 12" of fresh snow could fall and visibility may be near zero during this time.

60 MPH wind gusts will be plaguing the Livingston area and the I-90 corridor through Wednesday evening. Travel may be dangerous at times so extra caution and slower speeds are a must.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until Friday at 9 p.m. for this storm. Strong gusty winds as high as 35 mph are expected in the Bozeman.

Very gusty winds up to 60 mph are possible for several counties in southwest Montana this weekend. Concern arises with all of our trees now in bloom and fully leafed.

VERY gusty winds are expected all over western and central Montana until noon on Thursday. 40 to 50 MPH are expected with 60+ MPH possible.
