The Empire Builder was in route to Portland/Seattle when 8 cars derailed near Joplin, Montana which is just south of the Canadian boarder, yesterday around 4 pm according to CNN.

There has been some momentum of this train to come back through the southern part of Montana.

Train is set to play the Kettlehouse Amphitheater in July.

A train traveling west derailed, Tuesday, in the Bozeman Pass area, just east of the Trail Creek Exit off of Interstate 90.
