Heraclitus must have had Montana in mind when he wrote, "everything changes and nothing remains still; and you cannot step twice into the same stream." Sounds about right, especially if you've lived in and around Bozeman for at least 20 years.

We all know that living in Bozeman is expensive, however, someone on the internet thought it would be funny to poke a little fun at the housing situation here.

With new construction being completed will Bozeman renters finally start to see some relief when it comes to how much they're paying in rent?

Montana simply cannot have it both ways. Our housing issues are now at crisis level with soaring prices and next to no inventory. Have you known anyone who has tried to rent a trailer? It's next to impossible with very lengthy waiting lists.

Renters who are getting evicted because the owner has decided to sell, certainly don't have a lot of incentive to spit shine the joint for Instagram-able real estate pictures.

We all know that it's hard to find a place to live here in Bozeman, but what if you have a pet? According to a local Reddit user, it's darn near impossible.

This place is cute. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

The big question is, what will the monthly rate be?
