While walking in downtown Bozeman, we noticed something happening at Squire House on Mendenhall.

Squire House is an upscale restaurant connected to The Element Hotel. The restaurant is known to serve fantastic steaks, seafood, and more.

We noticed covered windows, and this letter was attached to the doors.

It seems like Squire House has closed.

The restaurant has been a part of Downtown Bozeman for nearly a decade, and it's sad to see it go.

We are happy the restaurant closed for the owner's retirement.

What's Next For The Squire House Location

This unoccupied space opens doors for a new restaurant to enter the space.

The vacant restaurant has a massive space and a beautiful bar. We could see another upscale restaurant take over.

Maybe it won't be a steakhouse due to the crowded market, but something unique to the Bozeman area.
