Sometimes you just want to get some sunshine and enjoy warm weather during the harsh Montana winters and now we have even cheaper flights to take advantage of.

The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport announced today that Southwest Airlines will be adding two seasonal flights this upcoming 2021-2022 winter with direct nonstop flights to San Diego and Orange County in California starting late November.

No word yet on how frequent the flights will be during the winter but we can imagine it will be like Southwest Airlines summer seasonal flights to Chicago, Dallas and Phoenix then they might just be weekend flights. We might be wrong though. San Diego and Orange County are pretty popular California destinations during the winter and they might have flights available during the week so as soon as we know we will update you.

Southwest Airlines just started their service in Bozeman a few weeks ago and has been adding more flights every month to get the people of the Gallatin Valley excited about traveling again and with low fares, great customer service, and fantastic destinations Southwest is doing their job.

I know for a fact I might have to take advantage of that San Diego flight and go see some old friends and enjoy some sunshine when there's two feet of snow on the ground and it just hurts your face to walk around outside. Sometimes we all need a break from the cold.
