Will Montanans Sign Up For This Unique Streaming Service?
Why didn't this baseball team think of this idea sooner?
Streaming Services
We all have them these days.
Many of us have cut the cable in Montana.
We now watch movies and TV shows through streaming services like Netflix, Max, and countless others.
Many folks will have multiple streaming services to access countless shows and movies.
Each family member will pay for different streaming services, so the burden isn't only on one person.
Having limited or commercial-free access to movies and TV shows has been fantastic for many Montanans.
What if you wanted to watch sports?
That's a different problem.

Sport Streaming Services
It's not the best.
Finding sporting events to watch can be annoying.
ESPN has a streaming service that caters to college fans. Peacock, Paramount+, and others offer occasional NFL, MLB, or soccer games.
Most major sports, like the NFL, MLB, and NBA, have dedicated streaming services.
Is there a downside for these streaming services?
You might not have access to certain games due to Montana's geography.
Montanans who love the Seattle Mariners, the Denver Broncos, or the Utah Jazz could experience blackouts, which means these games aren't available.
If you are a Mariners fan, we are used to this.
The Seattle Mariners dedicated channel is Root Sports, but it's only available through cable TV.
Well, that's about to change.
Root Sports App
This move is a game-changer.
Root Sports announced a new streaming app. This news means you can watch any Seattle Mariners games without worrying about blackouts or a cable subscription.
How much is the service?
It's $20 a month.
That price might seem steep, but any Mariners fan will choose that over cable or MLBTV.
Montana has a massive Mariner fan population.
The Mariners are the closest MLB team to Montana, and Root Sports always showcases Big Sky Country fans during games.
Root Sports knows we help them succeed.
Will you be adding a new streaming service soon?
I will have to get my parents on this app.
