Would This Big City Idea Work in Bozeman? Definitely
This idea seems like it would be fantastic for restaurants and customers.
Bozeman Restaurants
Things have been changing a lot lately.
Bozeman is a foodie city.
There is every kind of cuisine to enjoy at all different price points.
Is there a problem?
Many beloved Bozeman spots have closed for several reasons over the past few years. Pushed out, rent increases, or something else have all been causes for restaurant closures.
Bozeman has seen places like Low Brow Burgers, Taco Montes, and Shred Monk Brewing close recently.
Some of these restaurants are still actively looking for a new space, but that can be tough in Bozeman.
There aren't many spaces that are move-in ready for restaurants or small food operations, and you could only imagine the rent for a place like that.
We might have an idea that could be beneficial for everyone.

Restaurant Co-Op
Just think about it.
This concept has worked in metropolitan areas across America and could work in Bozeman.
Here's the idea.
A restaurant co-op.
You would walk into a space that houses several different restaurants/cuisines, and there is a common area for people to sit to eat. I went to one in Minneapolis, and there was Mexcian, Hmong, sushi, fried chicken, and a full bar in case you needed an adult beverage.
It seemed like a fantastic spot to try new foods or where everyone could get something they crave.
It's essentially a better food hall.
Remember Main Street Market? That would have been the perfect location for a food hall like this.
What do you think? Would a restaurant co-op/food hall work in Bozeman?
