Popular Bozeman Burger Joint Has A New Name

Changing names can be good or bad, but we hope the tasty burgers won't change anytime soon.

Everyone loves a good cheeseburger. Here in the Bozeman area, we are spoiled with the sheer amount of high-quality burger spots or restaurants that serve fantastic burgers daily.

One of the best burger spots over the past several years has been University Burger. They have your usual hamburger or cheeseburger, but they also have several burgers with wild ingredients. These burgers could have ingredients like a bacon/beef patty, andouille salsa, hashbrowns, and more.

University Burger has been my favorite burger spot for years, but starting this week, University Burger will have a new name on the building.

Low Brow Burgers will replace the name of University Burger. Check out the new sign.

Why the reason for the new name? The owner and operator said he wanted to change the name to something that resonates with the art and fun of the burgers he's creating. Low Brow was a style of artwork that was popular during the 1960s and has seen a resurgence.

The owner of Low Brow Burgers wants to let everyone know just because the name has changed doesn't mean you have to worry about their tasty burgers going anywhere. We are thrilled the Bobcat Burger and the F.T.G. are still on the menu.

Even though Bozeman is a crowded field with popular burger spots like Burger Bob's, Backcountry Burger Bar, and more, Low Brow Burgers offers different burgers that will excite your palate and have you going back for more.
