Brock Osweiler, a Montana kid from Kalispell, who has been sitting shotgun to Peyton Manning for four years in Denver had his chance this past year to show the Broncos he is the future. He did very well, going 5-2 and looking sharp and everyone expected with Manning retiring that the Broncos would sign him to a pretty great contract and keep him.

Well not so fast. Denver offered him a deal that wasn't that great and now they are feeling the repercussions. Osweiler signed with the Houston Texans on a four year deal worth $72 million dollars. Way to go Brock!  He is going to do great there .

The problem with the Denver Broncos now is that they really don't have any options at quarterback, so they will have to find someone to fill that gap and quickly. For more info on the deal check out the article on ESPN.com.
