New Whiskey Bar Coming to Bozeman

Will this place stick?

The Bozeman Real Estate Group revealed a new bar is coming to downtown Bozeman, and it has potential.

The old Montana Provisions building on Mendenhall and Rouse Avenue will now be home to Tommy's R&D MC.

The space will have motorcycles suspended from the ceiling, over 100 whiskeys to enjoy, and more.

The new bar quietly opened earlier this month.

How will they do? They have competition.

Upscale Bars in Bozeman

Downtown Bozeman is a crowded area when it comes to upscale bars.

The signs are there, even if Tommy's R&D MC isn't promoting itself as an upscale bar.

Several bars will be in direct competition with this new spot.

Copper Whiskey, Brigade, Plonk, and 1864 are all upscale bars nearby offering similar drinks and cocktails.

The one thing this new bar has that the others don't is a secluded area to enjoy a drink from the craziness of Main Street.

This bar has an opportunity to create a unique space for locals and visitors in Bozeman.
