New Restaurant Opens In Downtown Bozeman
The biggest thing I am wondering about is how much is this going to put a dent in my wallet because this food looks incredible.
Brigade Bozeman just opened up in the Osborne Building above Main Street Market and is setting itself up to be the number one spot this summer for dinner. Here's a video from their Instagram to get a taste of what they have.

Brigade Bozeman seems to position itself as a nice quiet date night spot with incredible dishes. Just looking at their menu just makes me want to order everything. Especially the elk tartar and the roasted chicken sound absolutely delicious. From the looks of Brigade, they are only open in the afternoons and evenings starting at 3 PM and have a pretty sweet Happy Hour too.
Brigade Bozeman is a part of the Okay, Cool Restaurant Group who also owns Copper Whiskey, El Camino, Kitty Warren, and the newly opened Main Street Market. This opening of Brigade Bozeman is going to make the summer even more exciting to get outside and enjoy Bozeman.
I am personally going to try and check out Brigade this weekend and treat myself to their 11 oz. New York Strip because it's been a busy few months and I deserve to treat myself. Maybe I'll bring a date with me to make the occasion even more special. We will have to see.
