The Bozeman Real Estate Group reports a new affordable condo development is coming to Northeast Bozeman.

The Outlaw Real Estate Partners will be tearing down the old Bronken's Distributing warehouse and constructing a four-story building.

This new building will be a mix of for-rent condos and for-sale units.

The details say there will be at least 14 affordable units, but what does that mean?

The average price of a condo in Bozeman is around $490,000.

That's outrageous for anyone trying to make a living in Bozeman. You would have to make over $100,000 to afford a condo of that price.

We will have to wait and see what they mean by affordable when the development starts. Maybe they will have some units locals can buy without going into crazy debt.
