Montana State Park Ranked In Top 10

This state park is one of a kind.

Insider published The Top 10 State Parks in the United States, and one unique spot in Montana made the list.

Which state park?

Makoshika State Park near Glendive.

Makoshika State Park is massive, with over 11,500 acres. The park has stunning biking and hiking trails, a frisbee golf course, and you can dig for dinosaur fossils.

It's a fascinating state park that deserves all the love.

Makoshika might not be as flashy as the Lewis & Clark Caverns or be on Flathead Lake like Somers Beach, but it's fantastic.

Make some plans and check out some Montana State Parks this summer.

You might have a new addiction.
