Montana State is Hosting a Bug Buffet

I might just have to pass on this event but I know a few people who might partake in the festivities. Montana State is hosting the 30th Annual Bug Buffet Tuesday, February 20th at the Strand Union Building from 12pm to 4pm.

The 30th Annual Bug Buffet is to show case how edible insects can be a sustainable food source. There will be several dishes you can try and this is just one event of a week full of a Bug Cook Off, lectures, field trips to Cowboy Cricket Farms in Belgrade and more.
