Montana Ski Resort Is Up for Sale

Looking for a new investment? Ever dreamed of owning a ski resort? This could be for you, if you've got the cash.

Unofficial Networks is reporting that the owner of the Blacktail Mountain is selling his ski area for $3.5 million dollars.

The ski area is just south of Kalispell, on the west side of Flathead Lake, and has over 1,000 acres, four lifts and a large lodge.

The reason why the owner is selling is because he wants to retire and put it in capable hands.
