Montana is One of the Most Dangerous States for Drivers

A new study has been released by Safewise.com listing the safest & most dangerous states for drivers. Montana isn't the most dangerous, but it's a little too close for comfort.

Montana ranked #48 in the nation as one of the most dangerous states for drivers with .186 total fatalities per 1,000 drivers. They collected data from the Insurance Institution for Highway Safety Highway Loss Data Institute on driving fatalities in each state.

The results for Montana aren't pretty. Montana ranks # 5 in speeding fatalities, and # 3 for drunk driving fatalities. To read the entire report, click here.
