This may be the most unlikely animal to ever cause a car crash in Montana.

On June 22, the Montana Highway Patrol responded to a single car crash on U.S. Highway 2, west of Dodson, and the occupants of the car reported that they swerved to avoid hitting, get this, a kangaroo.

That's right a kangaroo in Montana caused a car crash.

The Montana State Trooper didn't believe it himself until he went to the scene and found a kangaroo hanging out in the ditch.

Apparently, there is a kangaroo farm in that area and one of them got loose.

Is that the weirdest reason for a car crash you have ever heard?
