Lucy Hale Smolders on Cosmo Cover [PHOTO]

Lucy Hale is looking drop-dead gorgeous on the cover of Cosmopolitan's September 2014 issue, showing a whole other side to herself in a stunning cut-out dress, showing off her sun-kissed skin. And did we mention her smokin' hot, voluminous locks? We're totally obsessed. (Side note: Her eyebrows are also perfection.)

While Lucy definitely touched on some important topics in the interview, like the initial criticism she received when kicking off her music career ("Literally, I had people laughing and saying, 'You're making an album? Good luck'"), and her 'Fifty Shades' audition ("There were some things that I was so embarrassed to be reading out loud") -- it was her dad's hilariously cringe-worthy reaction to the cover that had us freaking out.
