The Bobcats are on the road this Saturday, so that means finding something to do with my time for at least part of the day.  Luckily for me, my wife made a suggestion right up my alley.

I think we've established that I'm a Christmas fanatic, but just in case we haven't, I am.  So when my wife suggested that we check out the Vintage Christmas Market this Saturday, I was all in.

I don't know about you, but I love all of those old-time Christmas decorations. There's just something special about decorations with a history or story. Not only does it take me back to years gone by, but it just makes me smile. Knowing that decorations have been passed down and loved by generations of family, is pretty heartwarming. One of my most prized possessions is the ceramic Nativity that my Grandma made back in the 1960s.

While there are sure to be plenty of Vintage items to see, there will also be a lot of other great gift ideas for the Holidays to check out. Whether you are shopping for yourself, or for someone else, you'll find a whole lot of great locally made products Saturday.

There is a 5 dollar admission and a portion of that will go to a local charity. All ages are welcome and this is a popular event, so planned accordingly.
