Kendall Jenner’s House Was Robbed on Wednesday
Kendall Jenner has become the latest Kardashian-Jenner target of a robbery: TMZ first reported that the reality star and model's house was burglarized on Wednesday (March 16), but law enforcement subsequently told TMZ they believe it was an inside job. The site claims about $200,000 worth of jewelry was stolen.
Jenner reportedly left her home in L.A.'s Hollywood Hills around noon on Wednesday, returning around 8PM — but it wasn't until around 1AM that she noticed the jewelry that had gone missing, whereupon she called the police.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star allegedly had a gathering at her home on Wednesday evening, and thought she heard the alarm sound of a door opening at one point, but didn't check it out. According to TMZ's account of events, Kendall briefly left her house at midnight with people still there, and returned around an hour later to find the open jewelry box. There was no signs of forced entry, so signs point to an acquaintance.
In a Thursday morning update, TMZ also added that Kendall called 911 after hearing a noise in her house, fearing that a burglar might still be there. The police found no one, though given her sister Kim Kardashian's scary robbery at gunpoint during a Paris hotel invasion last October, the paranoia is understandable.
