However, if you snicker to yourself whenever you hear a word or see a sign that sounds even vaguely sexual, then read on. Montana has a lot of interesting street, city, and creek names. Some of them we find quite humorous. We'll start with a couple of fairly innocent street names, and work our way up from there.
Foxy Lane - Stevensville, MT
The rural gravel road named Foxy Lane has us thinking of that old Jimmy Hendrix song. And the movie Wayne's World.
Love Lane - Bozeman, MT
The last time the Google camera drove this section of Love Lane was in 2019, so the odds are good that those big wheat fields on each side of the road are now filled with houses.
Dick Road - Great Falls, MT
The word Dick can be a person, place, or thing. Perhaps an action as well. No further comment.
Mound Street - Helena, MT
Deep into innuendo, we find Mound Street in Montana's Capitol City.
Johnson Lane - Billings, MT
Johnson will be growing soon, as construction continues on the new Billings Bypass.
Beaver Lane - Clancy, MT
Beavers are fun little critters. The Smithsonian notes that beavers form strong family bonds too.
Lovers Lane - Billings, MT
So... heading north towards Roundup is where the magic is at?
Hump Creek Road - Reed Point, MT
Exit I-90 at Reed Point. Find a secluded spot on this road. Do what you will.
Hardwood Road - Butte, MT
With a state full of pine, firs, and cottonwood, finding good hardwood in the Treasure State can be a challenge.
Big Hole Road - Divide, MT
Big Hole Road (aka MT Hwy 43) offers beautiful views of the Beaverhead National Forest and Big Hole River.
Swallow Lane - Billings, MT

There are Dixon Streets all over Montana, including Billings, Lewiston, Butte, and Anaconda.
