The Weird Montana Trend That’s Guaranteed to Make You Laugh
Montana is a unique state, and you see a lot of things here that you most like won't see anywhere else. Due to the state's rugged terrain, owning a truck or a vehicle with all-wheel-drive is highly recommended. However, some of the trucks that you see in Montana are known as pavement princesses, and aren't intended to be taken offroad.
It's not uncommon to encounter a pavement princess in Montana, and with all of the out-of-staters flocking to Big Sky Country, there have been more sightings than ever. Whenever I see one, I always get a good laugh because owning a truck that you can't take on a dirt road is just silly.
It's not uncommon to see someone "Rolling Coal" while driving a pavement princess. For some reason, they think it's impressive, but no one else really does. I don't want to put anyone on blast, but I'm genuinely curious about why this has become such a trend in Montana. If you own a truck, it should be able to do what trucks do. After all, they're made to go offroad. Why would you spend a bunch of money to make it look cool if it can't do cool stuff?
