Iggy Azalea Says T.I. Has ‘Serious Control Issues With Women’
Iggy Azalea responded to T.I.'s comments about his daughter, her hymen and virginity.
On Wednesday (November 6), the rapper sent the internet into a frenzy after he admitted he goes to the gynecologist with his teenage daughter to make sure her hymen is still intact.
"So we'll go and sit down and the doctor will come and talk and the doctor's maintaining a high level of professionalism," he explained on the Ladies Likes Us podcast. "I say, “Look doc, she don't ride no horses, she don't ride no bike, she don't play no sports. Just check the hymen please and give me back my results expeditiously."
Unsurprisingly, T.I.'s remarks did not sit well with a lot of celebrities, including Azalea, who posted then deleted a shady tweet.
"Unfortunately, he is dead serious," she wrote, according to E! News.
"Really I wish the women who interviewed him would have said something to him," the "Fancy" hitmaker added in a second tweet. "He has serious control issues with women in all aspects of his life & needs therapy."
As most fans know, T.I. used to be Azalea's mentor but the two had a falling out when they cut professional ties in 2015. In recent weeks, T.I. even referred to his former protegée as a "blunder," adding that she "tarnished" his legacy.
“I’m still actively looking for another female rapper who can undo the blunder of Iggy Azalea,” he told The Root last month. “That is the tarnish of my legacy as far as [being] a [music] executive is concerned."
