Heads Up, There Is a Scam Alert in Bozeman

According to the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office, there have been several complaints from citizens about a scam that has been occurring in our county. The details are that the person on the other end of the phone says they are with the Sheriff's Office and the person they are calling has criminal charges pending and to send money so the charges don't happen. There are two different phone numbers that may indicate the scam and those are 406-582-2125 or 406-582-2100.
