With restrictions slowly opening up and the weather heating up, softball is just around the corner it's time to break out the bats and get ready for the season.

The Gallatin Valley Softball Association wants to let everyone know if you would like to put a team together tomorrow, March 25th at 7 PM, the GVSA will be hosting an informational meeting for anyone who has questions about the upcoming season.

This meeting will cover everything from new league info to team registration to rule changes and more. The best part is if you can't be there in person, you can attend the meeting through Zoom. They have all the details on their Facebook page to make life easier.

If you want to put a team together you have many choices. You can do Men's C/D(more competitive) or E(more fun), Women's or Co-Ed D/E1 or E2(this league is for teams that just have fun being together and want to learn). You still have some time because the season starts the first week of May of 2021.

Speaking from experience, when I first moved to Bozeman I didn't know how to get involved with the local slow pitch softball league so I put my name on the Free Agents on their website and luckily I got a call and joined a team and had one of the best summers ever. Ever since thing I have made great friendships and fantastic memories up on those fields.

If you have thought about putting a team together or join a team, the meeting will be a perfect opportunity for you to learn about the Gallatin Valley Softball Association.
