Marcus Colbert, one of the undisputed leaders of the Montana State basketball team the past two years is getting the chance to play professional basketball overseas. According to the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, Colbert will be playing in the Belgium's Scooore League(Yes, there are three o's in the title) and will be on Liege.

This is a tremendous opportunity for him, many players who don't make it into the NBA can still have professional careers overseas in Europe or even China. One of my friends in college, after graduating, played for a few years in China and said it was an experience he wouldn't trade for anything. Many players have had careers overseas in Europe that span years and years. Plus, it's a great chance to still be in the eye of professional scouts and could still make the jump to the NBA.

I just want to wish Marcus the absolute best and I hope you succeed and show Belgium what Bobcat basketball is all about.
