Facebook is Launching a Satellite to Beam Internet to Africa

Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook are in a contest with Google to get the internet everywhere. Facebook has over one billion users (yes, over a billion) and wants to bring internet and most likely Facebook to these people. 

The cool thing is Zuckerberg's internet.org initiative aims to get those people online for free. That's right for FREE. Mark has partnered with a French satellite company and they are planning to launch the satellite in 2016. I think this is awesome and this comes off the heels of Zuckerberg donating over $900 million to Planned Parenthood.

A lot of people think Mark Zuckerberg is a terrible person, but to be honest, he is helping more people than most. For more info check out the article on BuzzFeed.
