Join Dementia Friendly 406, a powerful committee made up of family members, clinicians, caregivers, and concerned citizens as we begin a series of town hall meetings to discuss Dementia in our Gallatin Valley. We want to hear from everyone, the strengths, gaps, experiences, issues and concerns around Dementia care. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend as we begin this vital process of ensuring everyone that is affected by Dementia, (potentially each and every one of us) has the understanding, knowledge, tools, and access to the best care, resources, and support available in our Gallatin Valley.
