Demi Lovato and alleged sober companion Henry Levy were spotted locking lips during a night out in Malibu, California over the weekend.

The pair dined together at Nobu, according to E! News, eventually sharing a kiss that was captured on camera by paparazzi waiting nearby. The outlet reported that Lovato and Levy, 27, held hands as they walked to the car, driven by the Enfants Riches Deprimes designer.

Lovato appeared happy during the sighting, just four months out from an overdose.

She and Levy have been seen together several times since she left rehab. Rumors started swirling about the status of their relationship early on, but sources told ET Online at the time that Lovato, 26, and Levy were merely friends.

Levy has spoken openly about his own struggles with addiction, revealing to Complex in 2016 that he entered his first rehab facility at 15. Sources previously said Levy was the "perfect" person to lend Lovato a hand during her recovery.

"Henry and Demi met a few years ago in rehab," the source said at the time. "They hit it off immediately and became fast friends. Henry takes his sober life very seriously and, when Demi sadly relapsed they lost touch for some time."

The source continued, "Henry is exactly the friend Demi needs right now. He is a perfect sober friend for her."

Neither Lovato, nor Levy, has weighed in on whether they're a couple or not.
