Is College Gameday Coming To Bozeman Next Week? (VIDEO)
Something exciting just happened on national television, and we can only hold our breath with anticipation.
The most popular college football show in America is ESPN's College Gameday. College football fans tune in weekly to see who the panel of experts thinks will win the biggest games that week. They travel to a different location every week to showcase a high-profile match-up. The show has been shot live from everywhere from Alabama to Oregon.
Last year, many Montanans were hoping that College Gameday would come to Big Sky Country for the Brawl of the Wild. The rivalry between the Griz and the Bobcats had everyone from celebrities to U.S. Senators throwing their support behind a College Gameday feature. They didn't end up coming, but we have reason to believe that this year might be different.
Even the Montana government has thrown its hat into the ring to help bring the famous show to our state for the biggest game of the year. We now have some evidence that this dream might just come true.
The Big Sky Conference reposted a tweet from Josh Perkins, in which the College Gameday crew openly discusses coming to Bozeman next week for Brawl of the Wild. Check out the video below.Credit: Big Sky Conference via Twitter
As you can hear, Kirk Herbstreit talks about heading to Bozeman next week, and Pat McAfee exclaims, "Are we going to Montana?" Did they accidentally leak that they plan to come to Montana? This is huge news.
College Gameday won't officially announce where the show will be heading until tomorrow, November 13th, so we will have to hold our breath. If they do come to Montana State University, they better bundle up and prepare for the Bobcat faithful to show off their support.
Please don't let us down, ESPN.
