The City of Bozeman Library as well as the Parks and Recreation departments will be closing all facilities and canceling all programs in response to COVID-19. This is expected to be in place starting March 17th and continue until further notice.

The Library is extending all due dates 8 weeks and book drops will be unavailable for people to return books. Likewise, all recreation facilities including the Bozeman Swim Center, Lindley Center, Beall Park Recreation Center, Story Mill Community Center and Parks and Recreation Department main office, and Story Mansion, will be closed until further notice.

Additionally, according to a recent press release for the City of Bozeman, "non-essential public meetings of any board, agency, or committee of the City other than the City Commission are cancelled until further notice.

Starting on March 17, 2020 the City of Bozeman Library and Parks and Recreation departments will be closing all facilities and cancelling all programs until further notice. In addition, all non-essential public meetings will be canceled until further notice.

Library:
The Library building and mobile outreach will be closed until further notice.
All Library programs, events, classes, and group activities have been cancelled as of Saturday March 14, 2020
Book drops for returns will be unavailable, patrons will NOT be able to return items during the Library’s closure.
Due dates for library items will be extended another 8 weeks.
Parks and Recreation:
All recreation facilities will be closed until further notice, this includes the following:
- Bozeman Swim Center
- Story Mill Community Center and Parks and Recreation Department main office
- Beall Park Recreation Center
- Lindley Center
- Story Mansion
All Recreation Facility reservations are cancelled until further notice, full refunds for cancelled reservations will be issued. The City will not accept new reservations for recreation and park facilities until May 1, 2020.
Cancellation of Meetings:

All non-essential public meetings of any board, agency, or committee of the City other than the City Commission are cancelled until further notice. Exceptions may be allowed with approval from the City of Bozeman City Manager.
