A mere day after the death of singer Amy Winehouse, rapper M.I.A. released the haunting ’27,’ an unfinished demo that loosely pays tribute to the late star. The track, which was originally supposed to be released on M.I.A.’s 2010 mixtape, ‘Vicki Leekx,’ tells the story of a person who commits suicide after a long addiction to drugs and alcohol.
