This Montana Movie Theater Chain Announced One Big Change
This move will be popular among families.
Montana Movie Theaters
Who doesn't love going to the movies?
The movie theater brings everyone together, whether alone or with family or friends.
The excitement of seeing a brand new movie on the big screen while you enjoy your popcorn, candy, and soda is the best.
The only downside is that going to the movies can cost a pretty penny, especially if you have to buy multiple tickets, concessions, and upgrades for IMAX or 3D films.
Many locals in Montana with families or loved ones can't go to the movies weekly. That's a shame, because the summer blockbuster season is upon us.

AMC Theaters Ticket Plan
A smart move by this movie theater chain.
AMC Theaters understands that going to the movie theater can be expensive, but they are here to change that this summer.
AMC Theaters announced that starting July 9th, movie tickets will be 50% off on Wednesdays.
Select AMC movie theaters already do this on Tuesdays, and have seen success. The movie theater chain wants to expand this idea nationwide to Wednesdays.
Why the change?
AMC Theaters realizes that going to the movies can be costly, and with people heading to the cinema in droves in 2025, it's the perfect time to roll this out.
Starting this in the middle of the summer blockbuster season is a smart move.
This plan will start right after the debut of Jurassic World: Rebirth, and before the new Superman movie.
Going to the movies on a Wednesday means you don't have to deal with massive crowds, enjoy the snacks, and watch a movie you've been looking forward to all summer.
AMC Theaters has locations in Missoula, Great Falls, and Billings.
Maybe Regal and Cinemark plan on doing something like this during the summer.
