Last Chance to Help Can the Griz

Friday is your last chance to help Can the Griz! The Gallatin Valley Food Bank will be taking donations all day and will be tallying and weighing all donations. You can stop by the food bank with contributions or donate online here. Totals for Can the Griz will be unveiled Friday night around 8:30 p.m. on social media.

Wild West Local Foods Grand Opening

A new wholesale foods market, Wild West Local Foods, has come to downtown Bozeman and will be celebrating their Grand Opening on Friday. They will have giveaways and a food truck making fresh smash burgers beginning at 4 p.m.  More details here.

Cat/Griz Throwback Weekend

This Friday and Saturday the Rocking R Bar will be showing the Cat/Griz games from the last 2 years! On Friday watch the 2019 Cat/Griz game starting at 5:30 p.m. and then on Saturday watch the 2018 Cat/Griz game at 1 p.m. Details here.

Montana Suicide Loss Day Event

This year International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day will take place this Saturday. A statewide event runs from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday to honor the day and allow survivors throughout the state of Montana an opportunity to come together to share their stories of loss, healing, and hope.  Register and details here.

Livingston Patriot Car Rally

Patriots will gather at The Buckhorn at 2 p.m. in Livingston and participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicle with signs, banners, and flags. A route map will be provided at the meeting location.

Photos with Santa at the Gallatin Valley Mall

Get a jump on your holiday with photos with Santa at the Gallatin Valley Mall beginning on Saturday. This year will look a little different because of COVID-19, but there will be hand-SANTA-tizer available and other fun festivities. Details and times Santa will be at the mall here.

Bozeman Leaf Drop Off

The City of Bozeman has added an extra chance for residents to drop off any leaves they may want to get rid of this weekend. This is a Free event and you can bring your leaves to the city Shops Complex at 814 North Bozeman Ave on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. More info here.

Pumpkin Drop

Not sure what to do with your decaying pumpkins? Take them to the Pumpkin Drop on Saturday.  Happy Trash Can Curbside Composting will compost the pumpkins and make sure they go back into the local food cycle. This is completely Free and you can drop off your pumpkins at the Gallatin Valley Fairgrounds from 9 to noon on Saturday, just look for the designated bins at the entrance of the Farmers Market.

Bozeman Winter Farmers Market

Shop local food and farmer vendors offering local veggies, meats, cheese, bread, preserves, honey, soaps, and more. Each market offers twenty vendors selling their goods. The Bozeman Winter Farmers' Market is on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building #1. More details here.
