The 2015 Billboard Music Awards are complete and you know what that means: Tiwtter and Instagram is buzzing over the winners, the losers, the bad fashion, the glamorous attire, the stellar performances and the sets that missed the mark. The evening wasn't without its fair share of laugh-inducing moments, which have been captured thanks to social media.

Your favorite music starts fell right in line with the Las Vegas glitz and glam. The night was filled with jaw-dropping ensembles like Jennifer Lopez’s sexy sheer gown to Rita Ora’s revealing white number to Chris Brown’s crimson colored suit. Then there was utter fails like Cameroonian singer Dencia's Skittles-like wardrobe, which had many on the red carpet thinking she was Nicki Minaj. Besides the red carpet, the awards featured some awesome highlights onstage.

Mariah Carey aimed for her 19th No.1 hit as she gave an illuminating performance of her latest single, “Infinity,” Wiz Khalifa transcended genres with an awesome performance of “Uma Thurman” alongside Fall Out Boy and Kanye West delivered the heat -- literally, those pyrotechnics were everywhere -- and raised eyebrows with his fiery show-closing set.

Sam Smith proved that his luck was not only at the 2015 Grammy Awards but that he was a Billboard favorite as well. He beat out Pharrell Williams, Drake ,Ed Sheeran and Justin Timberlake for the Top Male Artist award, in addition to scoring the title of Top New Artist. Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea, who went home empty-handed at the Grammys in February, racked up at the Billboard Music Awards. She won Top Streaming Artist, Top Rap Artist and Top Rap Song for her 2014 summer anthem “Fancy” featuring Charli XCX.

Skateboard P won honor of Top R&B Artist over Beyonce, Chris Brown, John Legend and Beyonce and years after the song’s release, “Happy” is still receiving praise as an infectious jam since it earned the award for Top R&B Song. On the hip-hop side, J. Cole’s critically-acclaimed 2014 Forest Hills Drive was crowned Top Rap Album.

Overall, it was a fashion-forward, fun-filled night of festivities. Just like we were glued to our TV screens capturing every moment, so was social media. Check out how Twitter and Instagram hilariously reacted to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards below.
