’10 Cloverfield Lane’ Makes John Goodman Look Insane

I have never been so uncomfortable during a movie in my life.

'10 Cloverfield Lane' is a 'spiritual successor' to the film 'Cloverfield' in 2008 but this movie can stand on it's own and then some. We are introduced to Michelle, played by the wonderful Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and she is driving in her car and then she is in a crash. She then wakes up in a room with no windows and chained to a wall and we meet the man who brought her to this place is named Howard. John Goodman plays him and is seriously one of the most underrated actors ever.  Goodman plays Howard, who is this guy who has secrets and seems not to be telling the full truth and takes it to a new level. Plus, there is another person Emmett who bring levity and humor to this dire situation.

The movie takes place in a doomsday bunker and is extremely claustrophobic and everything seems to be going wrong and nothing good will come at the end.  I recommend this film especially if love movies with an interesting story and very compact.
