I am one of those people who thinks that if I get a salad I am being healthy although after a pound of dressing particularly ceasar, a mound of croutons and extra cheese I might not be on the most healthiest track. I try to watch my diet and for the most part I thought I was pretty good. It was not until I found this list that I really realized that I have no idea what actually is healthy. I found a list of six "healthy," foods that actually may be ruining your diet. I, of course, thought it was worth it to share....
The top six foods that you may eat and think are healthy when actually are not are; Sushi, dried fruit, Bran muffins, bottled ice tea, rice cakes and tofu.
I love almost everything on this list minus bottled ice tea I can live without that. I eat tofu, sushi, and dried fruit all the time. I would consider them a great part of my diet so now what?? I know I wish I would not have come across this list...but now that I have and I have shared it with you I have one thing for you to do. If you come across a list like this just go ahead and pass on by. Sushi, Tofu and Dried Fruit here I come:)
