Usher Picked On By School Girl For Parking In Handicapped

Halloween is always awesome for a bunch of reasons, but one of my favorite is that ordinary situations become extraordinarily odd when you add in that everyone is dressed in costume.  Usher was recently at a Halloween parade in Atlanta and apparently parked in a handicapped parking space.  Some lady dressed in a school girl outfit isn't happy about it.  This video shows her screaming and pulling at him while her husband holds her screaming kid and Elvis is trying to calm everyone down.  Thank you Halloween.
