If you've ever doubted the staying power of "Uptown Funk," Mark Ronson's massive hit with Bruno Mars, the track's official sales numbers are here to prove your assessment woefully misguided.

The song — which emerged back in November 2014 — has moved over 11 million copies as of yesterday (October 18), which officially earns it a diamond certification from the RIAA.

Better yet, “Uptown Funk” is only the 13th song in history to do so since the RIAA first implemented diamond certifications in 1999 And on the rare occasion it does occur, it often takes much longer than two years to happen.

The last song to earn diamond status from the RIAA was Carly Rae Jepsen’s infectious “Call Me Maybe,” which hit the 10 million sales mark late last month — more than four years after its initial 2012 release.

"Uptown Funk" is in (mostly) decent company. Other tracks that have earned diamond status include Elton John's "Candle in the Wind/Something About the Way You Look Tonight," Eminem and Rihanna’s “Love the Way You Lie,” Justin Bieber’s “Baby,” both “Firework” and “Dark Horse” by Katy Perry, as well as Lady Gaga’s game-changing tracks “Bad Romance” and “Poker Face." Check out the full list over at the RIAA's official website.

And in further good news, Mars’ latest track, “24K Magic,” -- the lead single and title track off his forthcoming album -- earned the Unorthodox Jukebox singer the highest debut of his career so far, as the track entered into the Hot 100 at No. 5.
