Thunderstorms, Hail Predicted Across Montana

June may be coming in like a lion.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service are predicting a slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening through much of Montana. The warning also stretches from eastern Idaho and into the western Dakotas.

According to the NWS, scattered storms with hail and wind are likely across much of Montana, eastern Idaho and the western Dakotas later today.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms exist throughout the rest of the week, according to the NWS.
