Will Texas Become It’s Own Country – Again?

About half of the country wasn't happy with the general election results on November 6th, 2012. Many states are even going as far as creating petitions to split from the country. Texas is one of them and leads with over 100,000 signatures. Did you or will you sign the petition? 

Texas was once it's own sovereign nation from 1836 - 1846. Is it possible it could become separate from the USA again?

The petition only needed 25,000 signatures in order for the White House to review the terms of the petition. What will happen next? Most likely nothing, but everything begins with an idea and 100,000 people have that same idea. It will be an interesting next four years.
